Refunds

  • We do not allow any Refunds at this time. Exchanging items is only acceptable.

Exchange

In the unlikely event that you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the item(s) in its original condition, within 10 days of the date of purchasing the item(s) for an exchange. Le Loft271 reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Sales Items purchased are not subject to any exchange.

Please note that in the interests of hygiene, items including Swimwear, Hats and Earrings, Sunglasses, and  fashion accessories  are non-exchangeable.

In all cases, the item(s) returned must be in their original condition, which includes any tags and packaging. We do not refund the original cost of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Returns are for free! All returns will need to be sent via tracked delivery and the returns delivery fee will  be covered by us .You can send us an exchange notice by sending an email to nadine@leloft271.com . Your cancellation or returns notice must quote your name, address, the name or a description of the Goods and your order reference number, as well as the REASON FOR RETURN.

Upon receiving your cancellation or returns notice, we will contact you and provide details of where you must return the Goods and other relevant instructions. Once the item(s) is received by us and deemed acceptable we will exchange the item(s).

AFTER YOU PLACE THE ORDER ONLINE, THE DRIVER WILL CONTACT YOU TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT, MAKE SURE YOU ARE THERE TO RECEIVE IT. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL ONCE ITEM IS HANDED INCLUDING DELIVERY CHARGES IF ANY.

THAT MEANS THAT THE CLIENT HAS TO PAY THE PRODUCT PRICE TO THE DRIVER, IN CASE OF EXCHANGE SHE CAN KEEP THE MONEY ON ACCOUNT.

This Service is arranged by Appointment.

WE COMMUNICATE WITH THE CLIENT ALWAYS TO ARRANGE FOR A CONVENIENT TIME FOR HER TO BE AVAILABLE AT HOME, OFFICE ETC… SO THAT THE DRIVER CAN WAIT FOR HER TO TRY THE ITEMS. SHE MUST PAY FOR THE ITEMS SHE LIKES, AND RETURN THE ITEMS SHE DIDN’T.

All purchased products are the customers’ responsibility until they are returned to us. Le Loft271 will not issue an exchange for products that are not received or are lost in transit.
